I have three labs and a German at home and I totally agree with your point. Never gonna get a foreign breed again. Though my german doesn't have any hip dysplasia or leg bend problem but I have seen a lot of gsds with such problems. Moreover foreign breed dogs are difficult to maintain and they have less immunity and our climatic conditions aren't suitable for them.

Not all breeders are bad. Do your research first. Don't just blindly trust anyone on the internet. Many LEGIT breeders strive to maintain a breed's legacy. I breed German shepherds and none till now have developed any disorders discussed above. Even stray dogs can develop such disorders. You judging a profession just because you watched a video shows how easily you can be persuaded by anyone. If you were young, I'm sure you would believe that the stranger had candy in his Van 🤣. Don't just believe anything by watching a single video. Do some research first.

In last 13 yrs i have had two dogs. Both Indian breed adopted from wilderness. Both have been awesome. Strong and healthy. Never bothered me with any illness forget about disease. Eats whatever you give them pumpkin , grapes , daal chawal everything.

Uske baad meri sister ne zid karke breeder se ek female Golden retriever puppy le aayi..Mera mann to phir se ek stray dog paalne ka tha.. Golden retriever dekhne me to bohot sundar aur nature bhi shant hai lekin 3 mahine ke age se kuch naa kuch hota rehta hai usko.. Is saal 1st January se to usko every week Doctor ko dikha rahe hai phir bhi thik nehi ho rahi hai..Sirf 5 saal ki hai lekin arthritis ke karan move karne me bohot taklif hoti hai usko.. Kyuki ek jagah beithi rehti hai isliye usko bhukh nehi lagti..Aapka yeh video dekhne ke baad bohot guilty feel ho raha hai sach me..

OMG! Thank you for this video! I had german shephards whose hind legs were ALWAYS weak, they were unable to support their lower spine. Never knew this is due to unscientific foreign breed mix. Horrible! No wonder these unscientific experiments are ruining our animals, our genetically modified crops, our food, and greed stricken Govt. are supporting this destruction. Our grandparents & parents always said desi kutte imported se bhot better hain, they knew better and from first hand experience. Ill go for Indian breeds.

These specific breeds need to be taken care of really well and carefully. I have a pug and touch wood he doesn't even snore. His respiratory system is strong but yes, each breath needs to be taken seriously. I have seen many pugs facing hard breathing and heating issues. Our entire family is involved in his well being and its a very tedious job. But anything for our dear boy! He's totally worth it.

The only solution is native indian breed dogs clubs should be formed in every big cities.People not only purchase foreign breed of dogs because they look beautiful or they are status symbol but main cause is they get mate easily when they are on heat or menstrual cycle because of some registration of breeders and groups on social medi.I am not a breed lover but what I came across having pets for long time.The indian dog breeding needs encouragement so that breeders and customers get attracted for having a healthy indian breed dog.

I don't confirm the rest of the cases shown in the video but the German shepherd problem is not because of the selective breeding it has happened due to the over breeding of the show line dogs of German shepherd breed but the working line Still healthy and don't show any spine bending aur hind legs legs problem.
