I have the thickening of the bone (sclerosis) Andi have reduced space. I have to take nsauds due to the pain is immobilizing but I'm down and out because the docs try to push cortisone shots or thr! I'm feeling desperate. I do NOT want the surgery nor the injections. I need HELP. What should I expect from a chiropractor visit. I haven't gone yet what particular form of treatment is best?

SuperPrince73 absolutely. As a chiropractor I tend to focus on the relationship between the scapula, clavicle, 1st rib, cervical spine and humerus. Depending on the severity and mechanisms of past injuries AC joints tend to respond really well

Should I stop finishing my showers with cold temp?

Tha 2nd Coming I love finishing the shower with cold water, if you can focus on breath and calm your internal state with the cold water it helps to regulate your body’s response to stress. Keep up the cold showers! Dr Jordan

I've never had this explained so clearly thank you! So there is hope! How do you treat osteoarthritis of the neck...how do you treat calcium deposits in shoulder tendons
