The Adjudicator? S-tier ship. The only minor gripe is that it starts with the five bars of power and the rest are made by your crew. But it starts with 1 of the FTL Holy Trinity weapons, the Halbeard, and the best augment in vanilla FTL, the Zoltan shield. I win with this ship a lot. Solid layout, solid start, and the zoltan shield is aces.
