Apply for job than let it go. Don't think about it. Stay neutral. If I get it, I get it, if I don't than I'll find something better. This has always worked for me.

Absolutely. But unfortunately in many countries ageism is a real thing. Depending on the career it could be 35 or 45 and you are done. Just the way they handle themselves in those countries

@JuanGArangoTV Ageism is totally an issue, however, there's lots of people who succeed despite that so there is always hope 💙

I wish recruiters felt the same way... But it also depends on what job you are applying for and your background. If you're 50 and trying to change careers, no or little experience in the new field, you are very likely to be overlooked for a younger person if it's just between you and them. And it can also depend on the age of the person interviewing you. People close to your age are more likely to give you a chance versus a younger person. There's a lot of variables to this

Andrea is so right about the 'you are interviewing them' bit. Whenever I've asked employers about their company, they have always shared 'she's the one' looks among them, or said things like 'that's a great question', and called me back to offer me the job. You might feel a bit sassy in the moment, but as long as you say it in a smiley and friendly, approachable tone, it works like a charm.

Hi @ablurida, sounds great. Please can I ask what you ask them about the company you are applying for? Would love to use this in my next interview, Thanks x

I am new to the LOA and manifesting. I took Andrea's test. I chose the yellow chick but since it is Easter I thought it was too easy. I decided to try something harder so I chose a yellow pickup truck. I very rarely see any of those so I thought it would never happen. I forgot about it but a couple of days later I was driving on a freeway and a yellow pickup truck passed me. I just started laughing so hard because I knew I had manifested it. Now I am manifesting a new job after being laidoff. I have had 2 companies ask me to apply to jobs they have open. I am a true believer. Now, I need to learn how to be more consistent.

I’ve been in the hiring seat dozens of times and one thing I look for is when someone actually says that they want the job. ‘I want this job and I can help your company by… x.’ I know this isn’t a manifesting technique but rarely does someone ever say they want the job. 😊

I manifested a great job last year. I'm a Life & Wellness Coach but also really wanted to add matchmaking to my services since a big focus of mine is date coaching. I looked into it in 2022. Made my intention, but didn't desperately focus on it. I then hosted a summit about moving on after divorce and dating. I honestly did believe that I would be good at it and help them so when you said that, it really resonated with me. One of the people I interviewed put me in touch with her company and I was hired so now I am a Life & Wellness Coach and matchmaker and loving it!!!

I lost my job as a Lead Tax Examiner for the Department of Treasury after almost 31 years of employment there 5 years ago at the age of 53. For almost the 4 years, I've been working for the United States Postal Service which is a very physical demanding job for less pay, no opportunities for advancement and no mental skills required. I have been on a job search since I started working at my current job. I'll be 58 this year and I'm not ready to retire. I think I still have skills to offer at a corporate job or government agency using my experience and skills.

I just turned 60 and have changed careers several times throughout my life. I started in my current career at age 53 and have worked continually since then, often in casual positions, however I have enjoyed the work and supported myself well. I am about to start a great job in a week, it is a full year tenured contract and a very interesting opportunity to learn and collaborate. Don't give up. I never apply for jobs any more... never. They call me. I prefer that arrangement.

This Andrea Schulman youtube feature of How Can I Manifest A Dream Job has some insightful examples. I enjoy how Schulman goes into examples tied into approval and how that relates to dream job experiences, how to constructively deal with the approval situation, the reference to a goal involving feeling one's best, some helpful and healing tips on how to deal with the age concern to transform that concern into something more empowering involving a law of attraction example. I am truly glad that I found this refreshing video today when I did.

Hello,I am 56 years old. When I was young, my parents didn't let me go to the school or university I wanted, because they didn't accept that I had a different perspective. I had jobs that I didn't like because of this. When I had enough courage to do what I wanted, I became too old. So I left my job and took care of a small child. I also have 2 children and so I have experience in this regard. Because of my age, I cannot start going to school again. Until I watched your video, I thought that I didn't know anything and that I wasn't useful to anyone because of my age. But now my opinion about myself has changed. Thank you so much for your videos. They are very useful and help a lot. Much love from Europe, Marosvásárhely. Enikő.🙏💖💖💖

I just applied for a job I really want (great benefits, close to home, in a thriving industry, my boyfriend works there) and I didn’t have an answer for some of the questions on the application the first time I applied. Well, I looked up what those questions were asking and reapplied. The old me would have second guessed my decision and decided it wasn’t meant to be. That’s not me anymore

Do KZbin advisers understand that each time their advertisement s are inserted between videos, it repels viewers from their products? KZbin gets it's money but the advertisers are left high and dry with little or no improvement in sales. It may increase brand recall but in a disgusting sort of way, especially when you interfere in someone's strain of thoughts while watching a video?

Dear Fatemah: stick to Europe. Do not come to the US! There are no social benefits here. You can be bankrupted and financially ruined by an injury and medical bills. There is also very little public transportation here. So you must have a car, which is another massive financial burden. Also house prices are out of sight. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and avoid the US!

Hi Andrea! I’m a 41 yo female named Carrie from Wyoming, and I am curious about what you might have to say to someone looking to manifest a healing in their body. I find your videos quite interesting and brilliant. And you recommended a method for manifesting money that’s still working for me, but I don’t need cash. I need to improve for my daughter and my sisters as well as myself. Among other things, I can’t walk or speak anymore and I have a downright frustrating case of double vision. All I need is to see a minimal but definite improvement in one area , and I can kid myself all I want to about this, but if I’m being real honest, I haven’t seen any overall improvement since I saw a glimmer of hope in the law of attraction 5 years ago . What advice do you have ?

Actually nowadays employers prefer to hire older people. Because they see millennials and zoomers as lazy, this is why many employers prefer to actually hire gen x instead. Because they see gen x as more hardworking and reliable. It's easier to get hired if you are a gen x today.
