Couldn't agree more. Being Mediterranean and living just under the boot of Sicily, and having had an Italian bisnonna, garlic has always been an integral part of me. Garlic is in my veins. I have garlic for veins. Love the smell on my hands, forever. It's safe to say I use fresh garlic and olive oil in each single dish and snack I ever make. Just ask my husband how often we use it. My husband will have to put up with four scents in our house: the Stella McCartney perfume I always wear, fresh garlic, freshly cut basil, and the juicy lemons from my nan's garden. Finally someone who is as passionate about garlic as me! 😂❤ yes - a human protector, and great for health. When I was younger, we used to hang garlic in the room to get rid of the viruses in the winter. We cook with it, eat it raw with a rye black bread ❤ . After, you may wash your hands with squeezed lemons and refresh your breath with mint or chew a basil 😊

Rub fresh lime on your hands after you're done cooking with garlic, it neutralizes all strong odors.

I am all about garlic. Garlic Butter on my medium well steak. Garlic minced and mixed into my alfredo and ragu sauces. Chopped garlic combined with mozzarella for my pizza. Roasted Garlic with my Sausage, Peppers, and Onions. Garlic bread as an appetizer. Garlic makes the world go round if you ask me.❤❤
