One thing you havent addressed is that it isnt about 8 hours a day, five days a week any more. If someone can do part time work it can be considered gainful substantial activity even if you cannot financially support yourself on it in regards to how much the disability prevents someone from working.

That's a very good point but it is more than that. I will definitely put out a video that talks about SGA, part time / full time, and how work places a part in the disability process.

Greetings Mr.Reeves. Love your videos thank you for them. my question is, of your get a large bill for a medical service. And the establishment is claiming your help insurance paid there portion what to do ? Go str8 to a lawyer ? Ask the insurance company if they actually paid the bill ? What steps should be takin first. This is a large bill !

+jdbmontes Montes Unfortunately, since cases are reviewed on a 'case by case' basis, there is no way to know how often SSA does the case reviews.
