So very well explained, especially the divine nature from the Word becoming flesh*. Mary’s womb was God conceived, so the “product”, Jesus, is of humanity from Mary’s womb, and of divinity from the Holy Spirit. The two did not emulsify or turn into an amalgam, as you say. The “natures” were separate from the very conception in the womb so Jesus did not take on human sin. The two natures remained oil and vinegar in our environment here, walking on earth, but still distinctly separate. Sin that would have come from Mary’s womb, as you say, was not in him as he is divinely, not humanly conceived. I so wish our Catholic friends could embrace this. * “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory,” -John 1:14a ESV Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me.” - Ps 51:5 NKJV 5:28 5:28
