Very difficult to tell if he's an extreme version of a dismissive avoident or a narsasist, with all the silent treatments and non emotional input and support . Both have the same non connected, non equally giving, non genuine, kind of relationship.....mind games and emotions inal games.

@@FrenchRelationshipExpert how can I stop missing a narcissist who we I met him time stopped- I used your tools and he came back BUT he started accusing me of things I didn’t do - am unspoken condition was that I agree that I did things I never did. I know he misses me … the new chick is a flying monkey and she asked me about him- she doesn’t know I know who she is…. I never accepted the poor treatment- I excoriated him verbally … I neeeeed to let him go so I can move on and live again…. When I hold another guy I see him…. When I kiss another guy I see him…. I fell asleep next to another guy and when I dreamed I dreamed it was him…. I battle with him being a narc because I loved him immensely immediately…. And I couldn’t stop it…. My heart wanted him I in an instant how do I let go so I can love again … he treated me horribly and I told him off… made him apologize every time and I made him “pay” for that disrespect with distance…. No matter how much I loved him …. My self respect would not allow him to hurt me without consequences- none of that stops my heart. Should I just accept that I love him and accept that and move on to someone else to love..? Can I stop the love ..? I control my actions but my phucking heart Alex ….. I’m tired of my heart yearning and hurting for a man that I do not want to love anymore- he’s not good for me …. Help me please Alex

Oh i see, I'm in relationship with a narcissist, he never apologise when he is wrong, he never respond even when u complain, it's bn a year now we don't talk or visit each other. I loved him very much but I lost interest bcoz of his attitude.

I watched all your videos and I think I need some serious help.. I’ve been in a relationship for 6 years, starting 2 years was good like texting calls.. but no sexx after that 2years we had sex for first time and after that he only meets to have sex I really love him I honestly do.😭 but now he don’t text me, his replys are 1 week late 3 days late when I asked him where were you he said (I was busy with work. And yea I’m miss you wanna come over ) and he don’t talk to when I’m with him when I ask bout our marriage( he always said I can’t do marriage, I’m afraid of it I might hurt you so I can’t marry you.) it hurtsss so bad it’s been 6 years. Please tell me what should I do, he fights a lot and whenever I said I wanna break up he holds me like he’s main. But I don’t know. Should I keep going or should I leave him. I love him it’s so harddd for me to leave him😭 idk what to do…
