I'm Team Cardi on this one because for all her hubris and her 'in yo face' big, bad attitude, you can tell that she has the same vulnerabilities and fears any other woman has in a relationship. She was loyal and true to Offset and he continued to screw her over. I think her conclusion about she being too much woman for Offset is correct in the sense that Cardi B is a big celebrity. She has sold millions of records. She has many accolades and awards from her peers in the music industry. She sells out concert halls. Now if you compare her success to Offset's, there is a difference. He was very successful with The Migos and has had some success as a solo artist. But if you compare his career to hers, it's like night and day. That being said, that can be very bruising to the ego of a guy who is used to getting all the attention. It seems that Offset's insecurities is what led to the downfall of his marriage with Cardi. When he admitted to lying about her cheating on him, that was pretty foul. No person with any ounce of emotional intelligence would do that to someone they supposedly love. But even considering all of that, against her own better judgement, she took him back. I get that because this is a guy she not only considers her hubby, her children's father, but also her best friend. I know she doesn't want to throw away all of that and see the disintegration of her family. She seems like a 'ride or die' chick for not only her hubby, but also her family. But what Cardi has found out is that anyone who has put her through what Offset has put her through is not a friend, let alone a "best friend". It is good that they are trying to find a way to co-parent in a healthy way, but Cardi B should not expose herself to all this unnecessary drama. It is bad for her and her kids. She should just take time for herself and her kids now and not worry about being somebody's wife/girlfriend. She should just grow and learn to be happy without a man and concentrate on her kids, her own mental health, and her money for now.
