I’ve been close to that big (450lbs, if not more because my scale stopped working). It totally sucks physically, and mentally. What sucks the most is that everything you do becomes about your weight. Every achievement is put down because people only see your weight. Every failure is wrongly attributed to your weight. Every stranger treats you differently because you’re a freak to them. I lost 200lbs, have another 100lbs to go and I feel much better physically, and I can finally go out in public without people treating me like crap. Ive always said food addiction is the worst addiction there is. Its the only addiction that requires you to continue it. Meaning we all need to eat to stay alive someone so broken inside cant simply eat 3 healthy meals. Personally knowing people who ate themselves to death. Inside they were ALL broken severe trauma somewhere in the past or undiagnosed mental illness that's further exacerbated by not being able to function because your so obese your body wont allow it and the shame of being so big.
