It’s the same concept as tempo in chess. If you have developed your pieces before the opponent, you’re ahead in tempo and can spend your turns attacking instead of getting your pieces on the board

Great and very informative video for a new jungler player like myself. I will certaincly be rewatching this to make sure i learned it! :D One small thing tho, when you ask the audience a question, please give us a moment before answering, so that we can have the time to stop the video and think.

Basically, if you're stronger and successfully tracking the enemy jungler you want to prioritize fighting him and killing him or stealing camps over your camps😊

Ok. So in all / most of these examples it’s between first and second clears. Am I supposed to know the 3rd and 4th set of respawn timers to rinse and repeat this? Or is this tempo and tracking a means to accumulate a lead and translate it into something like a tower or stacking obj ? I can replicate your advice for about the first 6 minutes but then the games seems a bit chaotic to know exactly what camos are up while also making sure I’m putting mine on a respawn timer as well. I’m a lee sin otp. Snowballing games is something I’m actively working on learning. Any and all advice is welcome. Your content is incredible.
@kevinbecker4507Ай бұрын
I think: after 3th its a good way to start more takin Objectives, but now because you are stronger than the Enemy Jungler, lower risk, Not because U want because u can allow it to u its realy mind Shift: Not Focus on Camps Early - become much lead as possible, thats the Tempo that u never have that many Games where u feel jngl diffed good luck mate
@Eagzv9Ай бұрын
canps are coordinates for where enemy jungler is, just time in the top right and gg - then you can include buffs when they respawn but you always ask while on your way if you can kill lanes
@robertmenter4804Ай бұрын
@@Eagzv9 Thank for the response. Im already noticing some improvement on lee after watching your last months worth of videos. Makes so much difference even in my reviews to go through and ask myself those questions that I see you asking when your showing scenarios.

So let’s say we do punish the enemy jungler on that 4:20 respawn timer, cos that’s when second camps respawn. If we succeed in attacking the jungles camps, is our goal going forward to keep those respawn timers and repeatedly punish? Like we kill at 420, respawns next at 635, and etc?
@Eagzv9Ай бұрын
probably yes

Awesome video, great job on the content! I have a question. How can I apply the concept of Tempo when playing Ivern jungle? It's hard to steal enemy camps or contest objectives solo with him. The upside of Ivern is that you have more time after clearing your jungle to rotate to lanes or counter gank. I feel like Ivern has a more "defensive" playstyle compared to other junglers. Could you answer? Thanks!
@Eagzv9Ай бұрын
as long as you jungle track and ping…and can play your own camp timers instead

Where's the counterpart to this video? I want to know what happens if I'm either on the recieving end or if contesting enemy jungle is a coinflip instead if a sure thing.
@Eagzv9Ай бұрын
it should never be a coinflip, and if you're on the receiving end then don't die in the first place...one domino falling = the next 10

Hey Eagz! I'm new to your videos and trying to apply your lessons in Gold, but I have trouble playing as Eve jungle with a weaker early game. Should I be playing more defensively until I start hitting my power spikes?

What if your champ is inherently weak in a 1v1 ie fiddlesticks it feels like a coinflip whether you meet the stronger jungler cross mapping at your camps or in their own jungle
@Eagzv9Ай бұрын
just because you are typically weaker doesnt mean after a kill or two you cant do this, you can be stronger in some games
@AgussantijoaАй бұрын
What if in the Lilia example, she predicts your strategy and invades your bot camps instead?
@Eagzv9Ай бұрын
she can never predict it tbh, but you get two level 4 camps in exchange for two level 1s
@Abbas-fl3bwАй бұрын
Lv4 lv1 camps is a big difference + its a very risky play to make, if she walks to ur blue and its gone shes another 40 seconds behind and early game is over for her
@PedsHouseАй бұрын
Biggest question for me, is there a resource you can use to determine when your stronger than the other jungler? Appreciate when playing top, i am vs my laner 60/70% of the game so you can base matchup strengths far quicker, but in jungle your maybe straight facing your opposing jungler 10%? .... less? So gathering that intel takes much much longer, ideally looking for a way to speed that up?

these are good advice for strong jungler who have enough dps to trap and kill their opponent, but what if we play a scaling champ such as taliyah?
@Eagzv924 күн бұрын
why can’t taliyah do this?
@maxx573124 күн бұрын
@Eagzv9 I can't kill someone even trapping someone pre 9 and without torch sorcerer at least, unlike kha/reng/talon with dirk at best it's a chunk but after you rotate all the spell, you get turned to death So all the strategy of tracking next jungle path, you can't execute and punish like an assassin :/
@Eagzv923 күн бұрын
@@maxx5731 i get that, but you can push them off camps and play Q range and cooldown - you definitely have to take into account lanes though because you're not instantly killing them
