and yes!! me scared to ask chatGPT bc i know she will tell me exactly what needs to be done....the real truth is i'm not ready to be in that reality yet, complaining about the reasons i' not there, the things i need "to do" is easier bc they are infinite, seems helpful but is really just a distraction from being with the scary emotions of what it would feel like to be there.
