I made that chicken from the last video and I have to say that I will never fry chicken like I once did. That sugar is the secret ingredient. Ill be making this one too. Btw, the cut next to the bone is a game changer. It cooked all tye way through

I have been watching your cooking videos and they really are very good and easy to follow. Personally I try to avoid so much deep fried dishes and prefer to roast in oven and grill, do these dishes work or be as tasty doing that as well ??
