Australia here. I've only ever had crunchy noodles with Chow Mein, but that looks super delicious! I'd leave out the bell peppers because to me they are disgusting, but it really looked good. As for the MSG debate, I believed all the hype about it for a very long time. Then I learned to cook with it. An Asian work colleague told me to start small and work up from that to get the desired result. Flavour explosion!!!!!! I believe I've perfected the exact amount for the Asian dish I'm cooking because the end result is absolutely superb. WAY better than what I'd make pre MSG days.
@ZiangsFoodWorkshop8 ай бұрын
Thanks and the myths on MSG have all been massively debunked now, to the point there are psychological studies on why people believe the myths even though the experts and medical community all agree it safer than salt, fat and sugar 😊😊😊

Ooohhh, that looks so delicious!!! Those noodles really are the best, I've tried many, but the noodles you sell are my favourite by far!! I once had a dish of thinly sliced crispy chicken with a salty chilli oil type sauce that had fermented black beans in it. Maybe you could show us how to make that?
