Salt and pepper squid or as it can be called calamari, is one of the most asked for salt and pepper recipes we get asked for, so we thought it was about time we showed a salt and chilli squid recipe Mum really likes. This version uses a thicker batter, there are some variations that will use a dusting rather than a batter, if you'd like to see that version, comment and if enough people ask we will add it to the list of things to film. This recipe is really easy, like most takeout cooking its all in the preparation, everything after that takes minutes. We'd also really love to hear what dishes you'd like us to film, it helps us loads.
