Well, the Poles actually were probably on route to becoming honorary aryans considering the excellent relations between natzi Germany and Poland prior to the 1939 polish corridor crisis occurred and the subsequent German invasion of Poland (before 1939 both countries were VERY friendly with each other). But it’s also just that a lot of Poles simply love to make up a lot of good things about Poland in order to feel better and proud 😂 there never even was a single Polish honorary samurai for example. It’s a myth. Poles claim themselves that they are the samurai of Europe due to the hussars, even though the hussars were not at all an exclusively polish unit.
