One would presume things don't work out for him, since common sense, being so widespread should allow most of the people to see through his crap, but in reality it's the opposite. Most of the people try to take advantage of this, by pretending to believe his lies, only to find out that he makes complete fools out of them, since he's already ahead of the curve in his own game. This gets him a bad reputation, but every time I ask people "Why do you have such strong negative attitude towards him?", they always pass the blame onto him and never admit trying to exploit him in the first place. The fact youtube didn't manually check any of that stuff and just let it slide is pathetic for a company of their reach.

So basically, if I was a creep and wanted to find out the real name of my creepy KZbin ASMR channel, I could do a copyright strike with Protonmail and do that. KZbin needs to fix this stat or they will have bad PR on their hands. This is a bad copyright strike system as it allows stalkers to use the system and stalk women.
@anti-ethniccleansing4655 ай бұрын
That’s an excellent point. I used to have a KZbin channel myself (different acct than this one), and I am a woman who lives alone. I was very careful to remain anonymous (only my voice with my commentary was publicly shared - never my face - and of courseI never provided any identifiable details about myself). I can’t believe how easy it would be for a stalker to find out exactly who I was and where I lived by simply making a copyright claim against my channel. That’s legit terrifying. I don’t have any doubts that very tragic/violent incidents have already come from the abuse of this system, and it’s simply not being openly reported about. We are kept from so much knowledge/news.

My problem with products like Füm are that they claim to be about getting rid of your dependency but they have a financial incentive to just replace it with their own dependency instead of actually caring about the consumer managing addiction. Yes it’s less harmful but it’s not addressing the habit, and allowing for easy backsliding. It feels predatory disguising itself as healthy
