Hey, Rich. I have been testing the same temperature levels. So far, i made it to 37 degrees without any real problems. I believe my cut-off will be 32 degrees for road safety reasons. Im sure we can ride under that temperature, but i don't see the point. Ride safe.
@richthereturnrider6737Ай бұрын
I no longer know what my cut off is but snow ice or freezing temperatures is probably it. Thanks for watching and commenting GR One.

Great video, Rich😊 last year I took a ride to the top of Roan Mountain and encountered some snow😳 that will bring out some slow speed skills. As we know, keep that bike straight up. S.S. Goldwing

yeah Bart! Snow or ice would definitely be my cutoff point. Slow speed skills would definitely come into play. Thanks for watching.

I recognize that area! I passed through Lake City on my way to Bike Week. - as for cold weather, here in Nashville, I roll year around with the help of a heated 12Vdc system. I can’t help feed my addiction as you call it!

@@AnywhereRider Nice. Heated gear seems to be the unanimous choice in keeping folks out there in all kind of weather. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Ritch, I don't have a temperature degree, no matter what the temperature is I'm going riding up here in Raeford North Carolina. I rode yesterday and the temperature was in the 20 to Charlotte NC, I just put on my heated suit and keep it moving. The only thing that will stop me from riding is if there is ice on the road other than that I ride almost 364 days a year. I ride my 2018 Goldwing in the rain/snow I don't care.

@@dannywhite2289 Wow! That’s hard core. 20s seems extreme. I understand. Real riders ride. I am just not there yet. Thanks for watching and sharing.

I use warm and safe heated gear. The vest and gloves let you ride in pretty much any temp.
@richthereturnrider6737Ай бұрын
heated gear is most definitely the answer. I haven’t yet invested in any but definitely a strong consideration. Thanks for watching and commenting.

It's never too gold as long as there's no snow. We have been using heated gear forever and love it. Cones or Curb? Check out one of our old videos regarding practice. I think you'll like it, kzbin.info/www/bejne/kJqcdmtviZh-r8Usi=a1Y4VaDNiKW8QQ3c

cones over Curbs every time folks. Yeah, ice or snow is a deal breaker.
