You also forgot to mention. In Australia they contracted to PWC and what was occurring was that they on the 1 hand advised the government on new tax reforms to go after big business who avoid tax. And at the same time consulted those same businesses how to get around those same laws. Massive conflict of interest. They then got banned for years. Others came close to getting banned too. It caused massive outrage.

@h.nguyen41932 ай бұрын
everyone that works at a hospital know's we speak another language the public might not understand. For a consulting firm to go into a hospital and change the way it functions is astonishing.

What if the consulting firm itself is staffed with doctors and former nurses…this is often the case.
@h.nguyen4193Ай бұрын
@@Rtt-tr5pq There's a thing in healthcare called Continued education credits. Annually for example we're supposed to have 30 credits (every state and position is different). To get said credits we're supposed to take classes to update us on the latest medical procedures and lingo. People lose the ability to understand new medical lingo when they leave the profession. So when you say former doctors and nurses doesn't mean a thing.

I think with the volumes of evidence that exists; Corporations are already ruling the world. The one thing that the corporatocracy was not doing yet is the very job of governing. Now through the outsourcing of government policy to big consulting corporations, even governing is now done by corporations. Why should we continue to elect governments if private business firm will end up doing the governing for them?

Seems an ethics policy which protects consultancies from conflicts of interest, exposure to politically driven or divisive interests, election interference etc, based on strongly internalized values, vision and mission, might be the need of the hour. A definition of ethical leadership was already drafted by Mc Kinsey, which is brilliant, and if they demand mutual adherence to that definition from their clients, including Governments, they would surely move the needle for our world to become more honest, decent, and value driven💜🙏🕊️

We need to ban consultants to work like an employees. They should only be allowed to consult in a meeting which recorded. Now either they are being used like 2nd class workers or steer companies for their profit under name of management consultants

In my experience they are often smooth talkers. So would specify the 'insult' part to 'insult peoples intellect'. Also, it's very difficult for them to wash away their "consultant mindset" if you employ them.

Consulting corporations are a cancer!!!! Look at the DEI ( Diversity, equity, and inclusion ) organization are doing. The gaming industry is dead, companies are losing millions or billions of dollars combines, big techs such Microsoft and many others, are doing massive layoffs because of this so called "consulting". If this mess is happening within the social sphere, you better believe that within the politics sphere, things are way uglier and darker.
