He was driving his crappy little "farm car" that did not have a valid inspection sticker. He was pulled over for that reason by the Martinsburg (WV) Police Department. Instead of being issued a warning or citation for the inspection issue, within seconds he ended up being arrested. Despite having committed no crime, other than the inspection sticker violation, he ended up being taken to jail in handcuffs and charged for being a drug dealer. All charges were subsequently dropped. A lawsuit was filed. Prior Video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aKCye6GFmdWppbMsi=bkCnaF5-WBo-6Tof

Just so they could steal my medicine that was stowed in my trunk. And ticket me for unopened vapes which they obviously stole. They did a fake dog hit and everything. I couldn't do much, it was 3 of them against 1 of me. They lied their way into searching my vehicle. They said that me declining to be pulled out of my car and searched, could only mean I'm hiding something. Yeah they make up whatever lies they have to. The driver claimed he "lost all braking" and had to run into a curb to stop the vehicle. Our shop put 100 miles on that thing and could NOT find anything wrong with the brakes. We found out from other sources that the rookie driving the car screwed up and hit something and was going blame MY WORK for his error. I do not take that kind of thing lightly. @@sharistrazz3313 True...but the rabbit-hole goes deeper. No intelligent rational person would ever consider becoming a law enforcement officer in America today. Thus, in order to recruit, they have to scrape the very bottom of the barrel; individuals with severe psychological problems. Yet, almost all citizens consider law enforcement to be a vital part of a "Civil Society." One of the characteristics common in a downwardly spiraling dysfunctional society is pathological insularity; group self-protection becomes an end in itself, rather than a means to achieving the organization’s legitimate ends. Law enforcement in America no longer protects ANY citizen, it protects only those in the group itself. If you wonder how can they live with themselves; first they are developmentally predisposed (as a function of the fact that they can not obtain a socially acceptable job) to resolve their cognitive dissonance between their self-conceptions (as essentially good people) and their behavior (which violates legal and ethical rules) is to cast themselves as pragmatic realists operating in an imperfect world, under constraints that outsiders don’t understand and can’t appreciate-a world in which nominally “unethical” behaviors are necessary to “get the job done." They see themselves as misunderstood and unappreciated hero figures. Bottom line is policing Culture in America began with Slave Patrols, which ostensibly protected "real" humans from "sub-humans". The savior myth became folk legend, and law enforcement were considered heroic...until video proved them to be the monsters they are. Its not their fault really. This is just another symptom of the Empire collapsing around us in slow-motion.

And the cops literally training him how to commit perjury by turning away from the canine to avoid capturing the false alert. Instead of encouraging transparency, cops are using body cams to obscure the truth because not everyone can afford the time or money to fight false drug charges. If you hold a security clearance or a certification (pilots for ex) a drug charge means an automatic UNPAID suspension. And you don’t automatically get your clearance back when the charge is dismissed. A drug arrest would ruin my career.

@@terryquinn7765I literally agree with nothing that Trump and the GOP say or do. I hate that they refused to add more border patrols and asylum judges and refused to give the president power to close the boarder, with their lies that fewer migrants came across the border during the Trump years, that the government should decide what religion our children in public school learns, that women shouldn’t control their own bodies, that they’re trying to save lives while being against sex education that teaches city control and life saving abortions. A woman in red state crossed “ the boarder” to have an abortion. She was 15 minutes late so was prescribed a chemical abortion. She had complications and didn’t have time to cross the boarder. The doctors waited until she was in a life saving situation but they waited to long. Everybody was following the law and a mother is dead last da daughter is being raised by a grandmother. The GOP spread immunity to include the president, they want to indemnify cops. There’re no safe republicans. Liz Cheney bites with Trump 97% of the time and she’s anti-choice. All of her rich friends can afford to fly out of the country if they need to. DeSantis signed an anti-filming police law with cops standing proudly behind him during the signing ceremony. Look it up, it’s now a crime of obstruction to film cops on the course of their duty closer than 16ft. The lawyer who runs this channel left Florida causes policing there is so corrupt. The Lincoln Project republicans are against Trump the man not against his policies. They’re wolves I sheep’s clothing. Once Trump is gone, they’ll be full on voter suppression. There actually proud of Project 2025 and only approve history books that say slavery taught useful life-skills. Trump believes only in one directional political violence and asked if the military could just shoot BLMs protestors.
