It is unlikely that a bracket disconnecting from a tooth would cause a chip on its own, but a combination of things could. If your bracket fell off, we recommend setting up an appointment with your orthodontist to have it fixed. During this appointment, your orthodontist can evaluate if your tooth was chipped or if there is any other damage.

Pizza alone should not cause any issues but be aware of what toppings you put on them and make sure to brush and floss. I have a question do rubber bands hurt a lot I seen people say that they hurt a lot

Everyone has a different pain tolerance so it is hard to give you an exact answer, but typically rubber-bands should not cause more discomfort than a typical adjustment would. If you already have braces and are adding rubber-bands, expect there to be a period of time to get use to them. Remember that the more you wear them, the less discomfort you should experience.
