31:11 Alan Watts helped me find my humanity after a decade af swacking pedophiles. I'm having a hard time trying to stay focused on building this billionaire status knowing the kids suffer in this continuous cycle. After years of combat, I only saw children killing children - Not tooting my horn, but I am positive I can physically and mentally best every true monster on this planet and most men. I do not drink, no drugs, (cannabis) and have spent my entire adult life training for and leading men in combat. Even got offered a 185lb fight this morning here in Alaska. I'll make a short as I'm announcing my retirement on socials so promoters will stop calling me. My fights are all on fight pass* I listen to youtube all day while buolding websites and this is the first I've listened to either of you for any length of time. New subscriber. Stopped building to comment and do a quick workout. Typed from my phone, disregard spelling errors.

I loved the video and I have so many more questions written down now. I think MMHQ will have most of my answers. When I finished the 7 step course last night I received a $5 enroll offer with $29 per month thereafter. Upon clicking that offer, it’s not an option. Who can help me with that so I can get started? 😊 Thanks!

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 358 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@realmattgray Thanks so much! I realized that the main reason for doing this is not about the success but the inspiration I've been providing some people with my stories while helping others do the same as I shared the lessons & experiences through making videos to have a sense of meaningful purpose. Therefore, I’m planning to quit nursing to pursue youtube full time as there are lots of issues in our traditional health systems as these don’t align with my values. It’s a huge learning curve but I love helping people through making videos. Also, as part of my video creation progress, I’m switching to a better editing software and a camera so the learning curve is much higher and slows down the completion speed of my next videos so please hang on tight! I do appreciate your support and kind words! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

Great pod! My takeaways are #1 stay consistent in your content journey and gather data along the process #2 set boundaries for social media. There should be a balance for vulnerability but also privacy #3 Read more to expand your world view and creative spirit #4 long form content beats short form for building trust with an audience because they spend more time with you #5 come out with an offer or product so there is more depth to your brand

The only issue I see no addressed is the attention/focus issuing that’s occurring in the world. There’s waaaaay too much data out there and offers and steps to do to make something work. Many have been finessed by online gurus and it’s hard to believe or trust who’s real and what works. How do you know what you want if you’ve only known the conventional? There are known knowns, known unknowns and unknown unknowns..

everyone says eat healthy, then i see vegetables on the menu. Guys if you have the money and time, figure this out for your own future health because it's not the right answer that much i do know. So no, there's no compelling evidence to support eating plants, if you think that's the case, understand the foundation of their argument and what kind of evidence it is based on. Do not just superficially go off "it's science", "it's peer reviewed" "meta-analasis", they're all buzz words and they're meaningless when we're dealing with institutions of corruption.
