How Darth Vader Returned to Tatooine and SLAUGHTERED The Tusken Raiders Again - Star Wars

After a shocking defeat at the Battle of Yavin and the destruction of their feared technological terror known as the Death Star, The Emperor was absolutely enraged. Although his apprentice Darth Vader had served him loyally for years since Order 66, he had now failed him and must pay the price for his failure… As part of this punishment he was sent back to his pain ridden homeworld of Tatooine to confront Jabba the Hutt, and once there he remembers his past and the pure pain and suffering he endured. Because of this he lashes out with fury and slaughters yet another tribe of Tusken raiders just as he did many years prior, creating another religion among the Sand People devoted to him…

The story begins beneath the scorching twin suns of Tatooine, in the area surrounding Jabba the Hutt’s palace. As the doors rise open and the harsh sunlight pours into the hallways, a single shadowy figure parts the light. Darth Vader immediately walks forward and into the palace, but is confronted by two of Jabba’s loyal Gamorrean guards. Instead of taking the time to protest or try to deceive his way through, Vader does what he does best and immediately ignites his red blade, before slicing the heads of the Gammoreans off. Without even a moment of hesitation, Vader continues walking forward and this time is confronted by bib Fortuna, Jabba’s majordomo.
Bib tries to communicate with Vader in Huttese but vader sternly tells him “I will speak with the Hutt”. Bib attempts his usual slimy act trying to dodge the question, but Vader isn’t having any of it this time immediately re ignitng his crimson blade, this time with a threat. Bib Fortuna then rushes over to the sleeping Jabba and frantically tries to awaken the huge slug and tells his boss that Vader has butchered two of the guards. Jabba is not happy whatsoever with this little arrangement, telling Vader “You arrive a day early, kill two of guards and expect me to deal with you”?

Wow, the Tuscan raiders really have no clue that they were responsible for creating the night demon. And they really think that building an alter, and offering a sacrifice for worshiping the very thing of their doing is gonna keep them safe? I just hope that in either The Book of Boba Fett, Obi-Wan Kenobi or The Mandalorian that someone convinces the raiders why their kin was killed off, and maybe they'll abandon this ridiculous practice. But it's highly unlikely that's gonna happen.

Well these Tuskens weren’t responsible for Anakins mom. Both the tribe that built the shrine and the tribe that was slaughtered in this comic were completely separate tribes than the one that killed Anakins mom. The Tuskens killed here were as responsible for the death of Anakins mom as you are responsible for JFK’s assassination.

Sir, I was SO HOPING that THIS might've been how The Book Of Boba Fett opened...would've been great, esp. to see both a younger Fett and Black K., strongly hinting at Doctor Aphra's future introduction in Live Action. The LEGEND/RELIGION of The Night Demon, is something that I truly hope gets discussed/depicted in TBOBF (esp. with Boba spending time with The Tusken Raiders). I've had a vision, for about a year now, of seeing either Boba or Din, while on the lone parts of Tatooine, finding the remains of an effigy of Darth Vader, in the gloaming of the twin suns, hearing the howl of the wind through its rocky formation, sounding awfully like the breathing of The (former) Dark Lord Of The Sith. It would make for a truly Sci-Fi Gothic image. Vader would be one of the main Boogeyman tales of the people of the planet, esp. The Sand People. Wonder if any of that might also figure in Obi-Wan Kenobi?

IF ANYONE CAN HELP. I remember an old comic back when revenge of the sith came out where a small Jedi who looked like tsui choi fought Darth Vader and almost won. Before he did he asked Vader if he wanted to know of his downfall. Something eluding to his son. But before he could finish I believe the Jedi was killed by stormtroopers.
