Does the shade of your skin determine your disadvantage? Tim and Rosa Harris join Pastor Allen on this episode to discuss the origin of DEI, the Marxist roots of CRT, and the display of God's faithfulness in their lives. Tim shares how they suspect that his open opposition to the concepts of DEI led to him losing his job in higher education. ""One of the professors comes out on stage alluding that skin color and your zip code relegates you to a certain lot in life, which hadn't been my experience,"" Tim told Pastor Allen. ""I don't necessarily see my race or my zip code as an impediment or a barrier to success."" Does DEI really promote diversity, or is it leading to more division in our nation?

Thank you so much Mr. and Mrs. Harris. I live in the DEI capital of America! (Oregon) You are both a beautiful, spirit-filled couple. It was helpful to move from a simple definition to learning how a believer can boldly express God's truth in the workplace, no matter the cost. Sharing your experience was such a testimony to God's faithfulness. Thank you again and God bless! Maybe next time we are at WOC we'll run into one another! Thank you Pastor Allen, I look forward to Culture and Christianity each week.

This couple display the true essence of Gods grace and love through their wisdom and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. Wonderful advice to speak Gods word into your child’s life and let that seed grow within their hearts. I was blessed to have a great grandmother who prayed for her family and future generations to follow the Lord. She knew the power of prayer and God has honoured it in many of her descendants. Now it’s our time to do the same. Thank you for your commitment to the truth of scriptures

Thank you Tim and Rosa and thank you Pastor Allen for having these conversations. I had a similar situation. I worked for the same company for 40 years. Toward the end of my career I got involved in prison ministry and everyone could tell my life was going in a different direction. The company also told me they were going in a different direction. They gave me a year’s salary and a paper to sign agreeing not to suit the company and that I wouldn’t go to work for a competitor. God has continued to provide. Hallelujah!

We all live here oppressed or not .. purpose of a better heart walking together in this world... Toward a better world instead of arguing about the world we're in is walking upright before him... Meditate on the word and we cannot argue with no one else... Because the word is truth on how to live❤ upright in truth and love for all .!!.. it takes courage and bravery to walk in Truth and Love.. supernatural holy power! And be gentle doing it 💪❤ I would like to learn that and I am through the word❤

❤!!❤!!❤!!❤!! Love Mr & Mrs Harris! What an awesome couple and what beautiful ❤s As they spoke I kept going eeuu eeuu eeuu and my stomach would clench at the DEI stuff Yuck!! I finally understood what DEI meant(sorry I can be slow because That is just Not the way I think) Remind me of the "equal employment opportunity" of the 70's & 80's. What a loss of talent & natural resources. Mr Harris it was that company's loss when they let you go. I wonder what kind of employee they were required to hire AND TRY to train. Pastor Allen as usual you made a slam dunk!! Thank you for introducing us to this lovely couple. Y'all be blessed.

If the Lord ever determines that we will move to the Murfreesboro area, I want to live next door to the Harris'! (Sorry Pastor Jackson......) They might get a little annoyed with me and I will try to be mindful of Proverbs 25:17 "Seldom set foot in your neighbor’s house- too much of you, and they will hate you," but maybe we can sit on the porch or you come over? I think I could sit and listen to you both all day long! Seriously, thank you for sharing God's wisdom and your experience and perspective. So refreshing. I'm so grateful the Holy Spirit put this on my assignment list to watch this evening.

The colored should be proud of their heritage. Besides slavery, as indentured servants they came by choice into this nation to be a huge part of building it in it's inception. At Martha's Vineyard they grew hemp and operated a distillery and kept that place afloat while General Washington was off doing what his part of our founding he was destined to do. The work ethic in both the hands toiling and those leading them is something we all are lacking now in addition to Faith regardless of religious affiliation. First for the Jew and then for the Gentile. We're all in this together regardless of race. It's all in the letters of words like race, one, and Israel. Where we struggle is with the paternal or the maternal and the roles in a family unit attached to that.

The colored are proud of their heritage. There are those that, for their own agendas, try to keep this knowledge away from them by not putting it in history books. The coloreds that were stolen or traded were the best of the best.

If more "Christians" were like this couple God would be glorified all the time. Unfortunately the desire, the sin desire, to glorify ourselves blinds our eyes, as we remove God from his rightful throne and sit down on the throne ourselves. Thus becoming worldly Christians - Meditate - Josh 1:8.
