obviously, the graphs and the chemistry is all correct. however, the way it is presented is not easy to comprehend or understand. please consult an actual high school chemistry teacher and figure out a better way to teach new employees this crucial information. teaching somebody something is very different from presenting somebody with information and hoping they figure it out... best of luck!
