this is actually quite simple, Grisha, Eren's father, took him into the woods to inject a serum which would turn him into a mindless Titan, Eren as a mindless Titan consumed Grisha therefore taking on the abilities of a Titan shifter. Grisha already had the abilities of the "Attack Titan" and consumed the person who held the abilities of the most powerful Titan, so Grisha had two titan abilities and now that Eren consumed Grisha, Eren now holds both of these abilities, this is explained in the manga....

I think the Attack Titan's special ability would be berserk mode, like when Annie was going against Eren and he went wild with raging flames to overpower Annie. I'm bringing this up because it would seem that combat skill has had to be the only ability everyone seems to have accepted as the Attack Titan's special ability when let's face it, Annie's Titan also being combatant like that also has special abilities to crystallize can fight hand to hand combat as well. If that's the case then the title Female Titan probably wouldn't fit the name of that Titan either unless that Titan can only be used by females.

Is it possible for a Titan shifter to survive being eaten by a Titan by transferring conciousness to body and regenerate inside the body of a titan? Reiner was able to live by transferring his conciousness throughout his body and Zeke was able to effectively regenerate inside of a titan. Would this also give the pure Titan the a ability to revert back to human form if it ingested the shifter spinal fluid but the shifter is still alive? Is it possible to inject a Titan shifter spinal fluid into a pure Titans mouth or throat so that it can inherit the power of the Titan but at the same time, keep the previous holder alive? I don't remember the manga saying that the Titan shifter has to die in the process of a pure Titan ingesting the spinal fluid of a Titan shifter for the power to be transferred. Any thoughts?

my theory for the attack titan is that it is able to enhance it ability like how eren drank the hardening serin that allow him to harden his body or maybe the attack titan have a abnormal fighting style since most of the other 6 titan have the same fighting style where the jaw titan is using the jaw or the armour titan only using it's armour to protect itself or attacking the enemy with it's harden skin while eren have a different style each time he fight when he fought annie at the end of season 1 he uses annie's fighting style and during the fight back to shinganshisa arc, hanji says that eren fought like an assult titan not like an attack titan when fighting bertholdt. so my theory is that the attack titan is either able to allow to gain new ability or have the ability to use a different fighting style each time depending the situation.
