jung deserved better. Came out of nowhere with some meme ice nova setup and used it to push to rank 1 and died to a 1 in 1 million event. Jung's builds are on a whole other level of understanding of the game, all his builds feel like cock and ball torture to play but he turns that pain into enjoyment.

@@AtlasGcx you can die with defiance super easily. It protects you against many small hits, so mapping is super chill, but besides chayula no boss does lots of small rapid hits. They are all large one-shots or ground degens. Defiance does nothing against them, it wasnt relevant in most of these fights. Most of his healing actually came from flasks with the harvest enchant on it.

That's especially impressive, I haven't looked into his build at all but it sounds like he recognized that his best bet was to max out his DPS and rely on his ability to just avoid getting hit by anything he didn't want to to survive.

Word on the street is that Gege Akutami after watching Ben playing any video game, decided to create a character inspired by ben which we we all known as Gojo. Next Gauntlet, there should be a "Ben" mode that is even harder and anyone can join in. Then can all watch him clear that too.

Ruthless mode gauntlet with buffed loot next time. The only way to stop ben is to slow him down and the best way to do that is limit crafting and movement skills. You could run the gauntlet with less projectiles and mods in ruthless.

@@sythanh14 it was a fun experience, but race is over now :) Most terrifying surely was Brutus though, he stormed at me and almost one shot me with only small flasks equipped XD Didnt dare to give it another attempt for quite a while and not before grinding some decent equip XD

@@derpizzadieb I fully understand 😃 but if you want, you can try to replicate the pros, on the build you like, for example try ben’s build it’s pretty good for campaign, and you will feel more confident 😉 but if you feel like the mode isn’t for you then no big deal

@@sythanh14 The build is only half the job, you need the player skill in multiple aspects aswell. While i play PoE since 2013, i'm far from that level and also like to not nessessarily go for just the strongest build, fun is an important factor aswell. I was doing rather good with my build, but in that fight i simply lacked the damage to take him down faster and i payed the price with death to bad positioning.

Depends how player power scales. Player power compared to monster power right now is the highest in a very long time, maybe since harvest league. Most of that is getting deleted when charms get deleted, as charms are so insane and so are all the wildwood ascendancies tbh. Also player defences are scaling way out of control, it is becoming very easy to build near immortal characters, so I'm expecting a nerf there. The only reason anything was a threat in gauntlet was the ele res pen. If player power is lower next gauntlet, then monster power also needs to be lower otherwise the game is impossible

Well, yes, considering gauntlet mods are not necessarily hard. The real challenge of the gauntlet is beating ubers within 10 days. Its a matter of probabilities and the fact many people simply did not partake in it, like steel and Uberdan.

When streamers fight these bosses, they don't get one shot. On my 80% block, 75% spell dodge, over 5k hp char; I get 1 shot.

because block and dodge doesn't prevent one shots ...????? are you dumb these builds you're seeing are like 40k armor, eternal damination 30% less ele dmg taken, armor applying to ele damage, CI for chaos immune or max chaos res, phys taken as ele, spell suppression, less damage taken via flasks Actually things that REDUCE damage avoidance does not reduce damage also almost everything does one shot him here. He survives by avoiding the one shots.

Those freaking abyss mobs, they should be removed........ having a completely invulnerable mob that cloaks to do attacks is one of the worst thing GGG ever did. I cannot tell you how many times I have died to one of those and could not do a daym thing because it just cloaked again after it attacked, never mind when they have soul eater.

Sorry to say, but they don't do much damage. Any properly layered mapping build has no issue against that in any capacity. Unsurprisingly these same complainers also complain about soul eater, ignoring the fact soul eater doesnt provide any survivability buff to the enemy, and only attack speed. Any build with phys mitigation isnt going to go to 0 hp any faster in any significant way just because of the way armor works.

You're ignoring the part about rare monsters being allowed to go invincible and invisible. Defensive auras have been harder and harder to get the last few leagues as well, as they try to nerf aura stacking. Just because defiance of destiny makes it easy doesn't mean it's easy lol
