There is a video with him at a concert explaining the song. It's a song about his best friend. I remember now because of the end of the video. It's very sad!

This is the best video ever! I cried real hard with people and mental illness or addiction this song truly hits hard ! I lost a sister in 2007 she took pills and vodka was at a red roof inn and took her life! Very hard on both families it's been hard on me because I have been there when your in a dark space know way out and that's the only mind faze your thinking! I wouldn't have talked about it years ago but something has to happen to many feel this way in life and in this world ! Chase you did a phenomenal job on this video! Your right. Then at the end he thanks his dog for taking care of them. The dogs dies too because he said he was going to bring him home.

I absolutely love this video but it breaks me every time. I know what's coming and I still break. The part at the end where he says to the dog let's get you home and you realize that the dog is crossing the Rainbow Bridge, is the part that I can't handle.
