As a native I'd say you are fluent. There is an accent but that doesn't matter I understood everything you said. I wanted to watch this video because I wanted to see how people learn English so that I can take those techniques and use it to learn Japanese.

This is all amazing advice for learning a language! I need to start watching Spanish TV shows and movies. I really want to be fluent in another language but instead I know bits and pieces from a few. this has inspired me to learn harder! if thats a thing haha

I'm an American living in Spain and so many Spaniards tell me "me da verguenca" in regards to speaking English. I mean on one hand, I get that it's scary. But at some point if you want to actually learn and improve, you have to get over that embarrassment and just do it. That's what I do with Spanish and Lord knows my Spanish is not perfect (unlike your English ... I don't think I heard one grammar mistake that whole video).

+Nina Bosken thanks! yeah, it's scary at first but it's about taking small steps to build up confidence. Like you say, at some point people have to get over it, but I understand the initial thought because it happened to me as well. Well done on practicing your Spanish, though!
