How did I mount a RC4WD Toyota Xtra Cab on a VS410 Pro?

Thank you! The main difference with portals is the front wheels will sit forward a little more (about 5mm) because of the caster in the portals. Otherwise all same!

Building a ‘87 extra cab on vs4-10 phoenix straight axle kit right now. Your mounts made the install so easy! Thanks for making an awesome product. Waiting on traxxas rod ends to extend the wheel base.

Thank you very much! You’ll only need the long rod ends on one end (all 4 rear links), and you can cut down the length of the rod end itself as necessary.

That’s exactly what I did. Put the rod ends on the back side of the rear links. Wheelbase now matches the body perfectly. 👍🏻

Do I have to redrill the stock sliders if I order the XtraCab Vs410 mounts from your website?

For XtraCab on VS410, you can drill 3/32 holes into the stock side plates just under the existing holes. This will place your slider a little lower than stock.
