I love old bricks, and doors. The craftsmen that made these things had pride in their work and its such a shame that people go in and destroy it, without a thought. Our past is so important. Always sad to see old buildings crumbling. So pleased you have captured it all on camera before its gone. By the way, don't worry about pigeons, worry about pigeon flies. Horrible bloodsucking critters. 😱

I could have sworn you guys visited this place awhile ago. Still very interesting, but idiots have ruined it by fire and water. Such a sad state it has been allowed to fall into. Given the battle this place commemorates, I'm really saddened the local council has let the place turn into mush. Maybe they just want to let it rot, so they can sink a stone in the ground as it's tombstone.

The aria was used as a wine storage space. It was caged in for security so no one could steal the wine. Obviously there was a door with a padlock. I think I seen the padlock in the vidio.
