My uncle had an AMC Matador that beat that. The bolt that holds the timing sprocket tothe cam came loose and drilled a hole into the water pump. All the coolant went into the motor and , well, you know the rest.

The bearing in the tensioner failed and over time from the owner driving it for so long it rubbed through it.
