I love that you let Jack do the difficult grapple job with the smaller log. My dad was a great guy and a good teacher, but when the more difficult stuff came up (driving a 4WD truck over very difficult terrain, for example) he'd take over. There are too many channels out there devoted to getting people all riled up about things that we all know are wrong, and yet are relatively powerless to do anything about. Top Marks...all around...! I've just discovered your channel, through the Granberg sawmill video; sorry, I'm a few years behind, (I've been kind of busy). The info you provide is phenomenal... I was raised on a ranch/farm, by folks who survived the Depression Era/WWII; they were extremely self-reliant and possessed an "inner toughness". What you present displays that same self-reliance and toughness; and though (because of my upbringing) I understand most of the things you present, I still learn from you... So, I thank you for the time and energy your family spend in producing these vids. But I must say, I love how you teach, both by your example and by your kind encouragement, something seldom seen these days. And I love your words at the end of this video, esp as the US goes through these difficult times; the polarisation, the anger, the frustration people feel as they experience a lack of control... I've spent two lifetimes (at least) in service to the US (in service to the world, for that matter), in extreme hostile environments (over 26 yrs in the Mid East alone), and I have learned that the world is always going through difficult times. This is indeed spiritual warfare. But, our Father has seen kingdoms, empires, countries, governments, come and go; yet, He has not fallen from His throne, and the world He created, has not stopped spinning...as that childhood song goes: "He's got the whole world in His hands..." May our Lord bless and keep you, make His face to shine upon you, be gracious unto you, lift-up His contenance unto you and give you peace...!
