I don't know how many times I have given your testimony to family and friends...but every time I turn on one of your "current" talks I am so edified by your faithfulness and ability to teach us. Thank you for your video today. Very informative. Many things did not know. Who knew there was no peace treaty (yet!). Your presentation much appreciated as to why there is such unrest even today...and continues. So sorry for all that has happened. Most people will not be even basically knowledgeable about the issues within the last century much less the last 2000 years. Hope peace comes for all the population there!

Jewish catholic? I never saw that combination before; first time. Wow, excellent geography lesson. I have dragged for years trying to connect the dots between then and now of the biblical what, where, and whys of this history. History and geography were never my strengths and making sense of it was a struggle; and your presentation put the puzzle pieces together. Thank you. Are you a Rabbi or. a Father? Meaning, are you a Jewish Priest, or a Catholic Rabbi; how is the connection? Lately, I’m tracing, or rather following the journeys of Paul on my study Bible maps. There’s nothing like the visuals.☺️

There are no "Palestinians"; there are just Arab Isreali squatters that were formerly known as Syrians, Egyptians, and Jordanian Islamists. The Romans changed the name of Judaea province to Palestine in order to erase the Jewish presence in the land.

Gad was also in Spain in the time of Jesus and recently an archeologist proved Jesus might have been in Spain too, and visited the Gad community too. It was a very interesting documentary to watch. And we must not forget the Jews were also in India, in Manipur and other areas, what makes me believe Jesus might have visted them too in his lifetime.

"In Josephus's history, it is claimed that, after Ptolemy I Soter took Judea, he led some 120,000 Jewish captives to Egypt from the areas of Judea, Jerusalem, Samaria, and Mount Gerizim. With them, many other Jews, attracted by the fertile soil and Ptolemy's liberality, emigrated there of their own accord." They were eventually all enslaved to work for the Pharoahs.

From my research, I believe that Magog and many of the other nations mentioned in Ezekiel represent modern Turkey. There was a king called Gyges who ruled Lydia in Western Turkey. His name was pronounced Gugu in Akkadian the language of Babylon and he lived just before Ezekiel was writing. Turkey was the heart of the last Islamic caliphate and has murdered more Christians than any other nation in history. Erdoğan wants to revive the Islamic Ottoman Empire and is positioning himself as a protector of the Palestinians

Do people actually say there were no Jews in Palestine until the 1940s? Or are they saying there was no Jewish state known as "Israel" until the 1940s.
@JewishCatholic
@JewishCatholic Жыл бұрын
The claim that is consistently made in the Arab world is that the Jews in Israel are "colonizers" that came in from Europe in the 20th century, and mostly after WWII. There was no Jewish state known as Israel until 1947, when it was established by UN Resolution 181. There also was no other state there -- it was a British territory, given to Great Britain as "spoils of war" after the Ottoman Empire was on the losing side in WWI.

Go back as far as in Noah's time when he divided the world to his three sons. Noah gave the whole continent of Asia ( including Isarel ) to Shem. Ham's inheritance was the continent of Africa, and Canaan dislike his lot in Africa and went to dwell in Shem's land (in now Gaza ), and Noah and Japhet did not approve of. Canaan called the after his name. The land of Israel was given to the Jewish people not once, not twice but three times.

Also. overtime, usage in sales pitches, sports, politics and agendas, via msm to sway ideas and captivate minds, instigate, alienate, etc. Any time one seeks to demonise another, ''It means unfeeling enemy.'' ....becomes useful It's a repeated method and tactic.

I read that the terrorists called their despicable attack the ‘deluge of Al Asqa’ because they claim some Jews allegedly went to the Al Asqua mosque to commemorate the Temple there. I always notice that the contention over the Temple Mount is always over Al Asqua as the site of the Temple. Apparently both sides now think the Temple was not under the dome of the rock but somewhere in the plaza in front of Al Asqua . My reading of some archeology there and ancient pilgrimage accounts to Jerusalem has lead me to believe that the rock under the dome wasn’t the foundation stone, but Gabbatha, the judgment seat of Pilate in the Praetorium in the fortress Antonia which overlooked the courts of the Temple. This hypothetical configuration of the Temple makes sense with the historical records like Josephus. Gabbatha then, in that location, also provides the context for the caliph Al Malik’s anti Christian inscriptions surrounding the rock inside the dome. The September cover story of the National Geographic reported that recent mosaic findings under the visible mosaics indicate that the first Umayyad caliph Muʿāwiya had initiated the construction of the dome of the rock which was later Islamisized by ʿAbd al-Malik. Muʿāwiya built other monuments on the Temple Mount during his reign and evidence points to him having been a Christian of some sort. The inscriptions inside the dome surrounding the rock made by caliph Al-Walid according to what is written in them but his father ʿAbd al-Malik may have actually initiated the inscriptions during his reign only to have been finished by his son Al-Walid. The ornate mosaics above the inscriptions are very similar to the ones in the Great Mosque of Damascus which lends support to the theory that Al-Walid had a part in their creation since he built the Damascus mosque over the ancient cathedral shrine housing the head of St. John the Baptist. That’s my theory at least.
