Aww, honey being gay is normal and totally fine! Why would god just hate someone for their sexuality? Love is beyond gender, religion, sexuality or anything. It is free. We can love whoever we want to. Why would God hate someone just because they love and care for someone? If you love the person wholeheartedly, that's what matters! There's nothing wrong with being gay, I hope every queer person who has a religion realizes that...

I figured out I was gay when I was bi, I was always attracted to girls way more than guys though. Then I started having experiences with guys that I hated and I tried to immerse myself with girls more to get away from them. Then I realized I barely- or had no romantic feelings towards guys what-so-ever and I was in love with a girl. I realized every time there was a nice girl around I’d gush over them and think they were cute, I’ve never had that experience with a guy.

I get your point and I agree with it for the most part. I feel like they may be talking about when they actually accepted it. Being bi myself, it took a while to fully accept it or even realise it for me. Because I was attracted to guys, I just assumed that me liking a girl was just because we were best friends. It took until high school for me to realize why I was so much more invested in these relationships with girls then they were. Even after I realized it, it took me years to accept what I am. Like I said, not disagreeing with you at all, you make a really valid point :) just telling you, from personal experience, that I actually did have a realization, even though the attraction was always there

Pretty sure most people at Buzzfeed are LGBT+. But there shouldn't be anything wrong with that. They're one media company out of hundreds with this kind of majority, that probably comes from their work environment embracing sexuality, and it's kind of awesome. Time and time again people complain about their "gay" content. Well that's what they do and that's what they are. Don't like their content? There are plenty of other channels to watch and enjoy.
@ItsAshPerez7 жыл бұрын
OMG UR MY HERO FOR THIS COMMENT
@maryandchild7 жыл бұрын
the thing is, most of their employees are clearly straight, they just hire gay people and foster a workplace where gay people can be out and comfortable, so it seems like "most" to us. but remember the company has hundreds of employees who don't even appear on camera.
@derekg55637 жыл бұрын
I mean, if a person who doesn't like their content feels like saying that they don't, that's up to them. They can watch videos they don't like if they want to. Depends on what they want, and you can't decide that for them. I mean, it seems practical enough to just look for videos that you do like, but then again, humans have ideas that they like to express with people, and telling them to hold it all in seems kind of extreme. If you want to do that, fine, but not everyone is going to choose not to express themselves, whether it's a positive or negative opinion. Everyone has lots of negative opinions; it doesn't make them bad people. It's a normal part of the human experience. We observe what we like, what we don't like, what we want to do in life, what we don't want to do in life, etc.

How I found out I was gay- One summer, me and some of my old class went to a Water park. No, it wasn’t summer school, it was like a reunion because we were starting a new year two weeks later. Anyways, I was swimming in a free pool, with my friend, I will call her E. My Best Friend, A, approached us and looked at me dead in the eye and said “(We will call him C) C wants to know if you will date him.” And in that moment, I was like, I’ve never felt this way about a guy. And I said no, I felt bad but...just no. A few years passed and I was sitting in science class, and about halfway through and I realized I was staring at the most popular girl in school. And I looked away hoping she never saw me, and things crossed my mind, then I thought... “Oh my god I’m gay”
@SamanthDarling7 жыл бұрын
It took me a long time to accept my sexuality cause I knew I liked guys and as sad as it sounds, I wasn't sure bisexuality was a real thing. I grew up knowing that being gay was normal but bisexuality wasn't really addressed so I only really knew of it through faint whispers. Even after coming out I doubt myself a lot. I kept thinking "well what if I don't like going down on women? Does that make me straight? How will I know until I do it? That would be awkward"At this point, I can confirm I am a bisexual lady and everybody I've ever met is collectively mumbling "yeah...we already knew"

Uma Allen Yes, but I only have one for gays. Bisexual is also tricky because in my culture people either expect you to be gay or straight, not bisexual so I don’t know anyone that is one (or they are probably in a closet) and I don’t have any reference to work on.

Whether it's 2017 or 1917, one is what one is, and if one is checking out members of the same sex for pleasure, what one is, is gay. I still dnt get what's wrong with word bisexual. I do get the whole not labelling thing but still we worked so hard to make bisexual valid in the LGBT community.I worked HARD for that label.People not identifying or calling it too "specific" kinda makes people afraid to identify as bi. Not to mention add to the stigma of what is it like being bisexual is actually like. Whenever a person is not straight and if asked are they bi it's like they just run away from the word like " oh nooooooo I like boys and girls but THAT B WORD MUST NOT BE NAMED"
@AsdfAsdf-mi6ks6 жыл бұрын
Nishka The i feel. I cringe at the thought of bi and would rather use queer. But in matter of face I do believe I’m Bi. Idk. Also I don’t want to use it because it feels like this great big commitment to it. I know bisexuality isn’t 50 straight 50 gay, but that’s how some people perceive it... so... I totally get what you’re saying, but I like the label “queer” if I had to use anything.
@bonepaste_33366 жыл бұрын
It’s not about being ashamed or thinking it’s bad, its just that labels can sometimes feel uncomfortable to someone. As for me I’m a lesbian but I’d rather go by just gay, considering to me lesbian makes me feel boxed up and it feels oddly specific. Don’t know why it just doesn’t fit me despite me being completely into girls. It’s more so just the thought of being boxed up and defined I think that’s so unappealing, not the word itself. I have a best friend and ex who calls herself bi but I definitely relate more to not having a specific label no matter what my sexuality was.

Why does everyone judge people by their Sexuality? That doesn't define you. It's ok to be gay or straight etc, just as long as you stay true to yourself and be you! If anyone is worried about people judging them don't be! They should be judging you by your character.

And this is why we need representation on the media. Lately people complain, saying that we want to make everything gay, and that it might confuse kids, but they don't think on gay kids, we were so confused and nobody cared! I didn't know that being lesbian was a thing until I had internet. I grew up feeling wrong, broken, confused. I had a lot of ugly experiences that could have been avoided if there was a lesbian character on TV. Not everyone is heterosexual and cisgender. Keep that on mind, please.

I realized about a month ago that there was this girl in my class who used to be friends with me in 2nd grade but she left me in 3rd grade because I was kind of bratty and rude. I was so devastated and instead of moving on like a normal person for the next 5 years I was crazy about her, I always used the excuse of I just want to be her friends because I don't have any in my class, but who gets so nervous around a girl that they blush and can't speak with them, feel the need to look pretty just for them, and try hard to "be friends" with them like that? It was obvious I was crushing on her but I never realized it until recently lmao 😂 unfortunately she's straight and doesn't even go to my school anymore.

Well, I'm bisexual and I know it coz I've felt attracted to boys and girls since a young age. But I've never told anyone about it, because I've always seen heterosexual relationships around me, and when I got to know that being attracted to anyone other than the opposite sex is not normal, I've not tried telling anyone. Except for venting it out on the internet.

I knew I was gay since I was about 4-ish I had crush on my best friend Paul, he had the warmest hugs. I also had a crush on my best friend Max when I was 7, he was so tall and he had the warmest hugs, he had beautiful hair and he was so content and nice, he would sometimes just tell me to lay my head on his shoulder when I was sad. Because I was teased a lot along with my group of friends. But I could always count on Max in second grade to make me feel better. But sadly it was not meant to be because he moved.

I've never labelled my sexuality. I like girls and I like guys but I don't label myself as bisexual. Because I'm attracted to personality and sense of humour. So I don't go looking to just date a guy and I don't go looking to just date a girl. I believe in if I fall in love with someone it doesn't matter what their gender is and I don't believe I should put a label on my love for someone else. I could fall in love with either gender but I'm not bisexual. I just love who I love. This confuses a lot of people but I just don't believe I should have to put a label on the people I fall in love with. Anyone else like this?

I wasn't sure what I liked. In elementary school I always had crushes on boys. As I grew, I found myself seeking the attention of girls. Didn't ever label myself because I wasn't sure what I was. My mom would always ask because she was always in my business but I knew my mom would support me no matter what. Later I found out she just wanted me to admit I was into girls because I really like Ariana Grande (I don't like her in a sexual way, despite what my mother thinks) I'm still not sure what I am but I just prefer not to have a label. I like who I like, what's between their legs doesn't matter.
