How Disneys 'Inside Out' Explains Our Subconscious Mind

I watched this two part Disney movie here in Mexico called 'Inside Out' it had been recommended to me by another client who knew parts work and IFS (Internal Family Systems) well.
The movie gives great insight into how our subconscious mind functions and how we are a culmination of different parts and protectors that are all playing different roles in our life that makes up who we are and our character. Working with these parts and healing the inner child is, in my opinion, the ultimate form of inner child work.

It's definitely my last time here. I've been energy training for two years. And I'm working on improving my remote viewing ability. So if I run into any negative entities when I drop dead I'm just going to erase them and move on. I'll probably go create my own matrix and just sit on a beach and chill.

Love you commented on this. In the first one where she walks in on the set where they are creating dreams for people was very eye opening. Yes, Disney is evil, but it's compartmentalized with us humans who work there and I think there are whitehats showing us what they can in all the industries. I have clients who work there. They are not awake lol, but we can't generalize all employees and creators as evil. I personally think Edward DeVeere and John Dee wrote the New Testament and I think they tried to show us truth in code.

If you make it to the end, a simple exercise is given to experience yourself as you, not as your body or mind. IFS sounds like a derivative of scientology, just as Traumatic Incident Reduction is basically a rewrite of scientology for psychologists. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Lord Xenu and the body thetans is all about those spirits surrounding people. It was made into a joke but we have common sayings to describe this phenomena like "the voices in my head" or "battling with my inner demons". You can contact these things and release them and get a clearer mind or wider spiritual expanse. Or maybe keep some around if they're helpful, as it sounds like that's what IFS gets into. You here the crazy theory about the body thetans but you never hear about the observable phenomena that theory was attempting to explain (voices in my head, something inside of me is telling me to..., a little angel on one should & a little devil on the other making your mind go back and forth, etc). And you definitely never hear about the valuable techniques that came about from that theory. People with schizophrenia, for example, would be interested if it ever saw the light of day. But the official church is to be avoided at all costs. The entire subject is available online these days. Scientology has tons of issues but overall it's a case of throwing the baby out with the bath water. It flew too close to the sun and had to be destroyed. Hubbard was probably replaced or reprogrammed in the late 70s or 80s. He was imperfect but brilliant. Then the current CEO took over and fully destroyed the subject. The public has been programmed to laugh at it. The net worth of scientology is around $200 billion. The catholic church has paid more than double that for lawsuits in r*ping children. One is a laughing stock yet the other gets a pass in the public eye. If you can get past the programming and ridiculing, and even most spiritual people can't, you have to ask why has this subject (which is only a religion in name but actually a large collection of spiritual techniques) been so heavily suppressed. This is also supposedly the case with the heaven's gate cult. The authorities killed them all and made it look absurd because what they were up to something that got too close to the sun. Here's the exercise: 1. Close your eyes 2. In your mind picture a beautiful shining diamond 3. Do you have that picture? 4. Good. Now here's the question: WHAT...is looking at that picture?

I 100% agree Tony. I am a trauma healing coach & though I use a different modality I think it is very similar to IFS. For me I was constantly trying to get help for years due to sexual, emotional, mental trauma in my childhood/past lives that had been passed down. No matter what I did, it helped a bit but always came back and it is only through doing this work have I healed loads, though there is always something that comes up but as you said it lessens in time. For me & probably many others we are too scared to do the work initially as I personally was so afraid at what would show up & having to relive it. That for me was massive. I have had many dreams & flashbacks & I for one would not want to have to relive it to heal it. Over the years I had some psychologist sessions to try to heal me but due to awful arthritic pain she couldn’t go deep with me as I had no reserves left to support me should something heavy come up. So once again I was left in limbo to get on with it. After some years I finally came across self-directed compassion. What I was really surprised about how gentle it is. I have had some clients who are overwhelmed when in the process but that has been due to them identifying with the aspect which is not needed. So overall it is so much gentler & yet so effective. I believe it beats a lot of systems out there. Anyone who needs healing don’t falter & definitely reach out to Tony, it is so worth it, especially with having to deal with what is going on now! Hope you all have a great weekend....off to watch Inside Out now.😁❤

Thank you for sharing! Would you mind sharing a bit more about the process you used for your healing? And is it the same modality you use with your coaching clients? The "gentle" and "self-directed compassion" caught my attention hehe.
@kesia1763
@kesia1763 Ай бұрын
@@TiaC7 The process is quite simple. Firstly, I would check with the client what they want to work on. It could be trauma, blocks etc. Secondly, I check any feelings/senses etc they may have in the body in relation to what they want to work on…...due to the energies being stored in our Cells/DNA & Nervous System with any trauma/belief systems that are held. What they tell me is information that I can use in the compassion part. Once the feelings are identified then I will get the client to trace back so we can bring the wounded aspect forward for healing. I then get the client to put the aspect into a space so we can do the healing. This is done in rounds & we can check in until the wounded aspect feels safe to integrate back in. If it is taking too long as it can be very draining, then I will possibly use a couple of other modalities but on its own the compassion is effective enough. I did use this to heal my physical pain & trauma from childhood and some past lives. We don’t always know what will come up until we progress through the session & get the wounded aspect.

Just watched the movie, thank you for the recommendation. It was absolutely adorable! Tear jerker too, especially when her imagination disappeared. Which happens as we grow :( Sadness and joy roll together and can cause bliss and love. But their always lost and fear anger and disgust are in charge! With no idea what their doing. The conscience mind that manifests into emotions. The subconscious was a huge scary clown! Shocker, right? From all the siduals we’re subjected to? The dreaming scene was wonderfully portrayed. That was such a sweet movie! ❤

But no, they are still endlessly ascending and suffering. Micheal already told its victory season, or it ends now for multiple times😂 i actually believed it. He was the one who bursted the bubble for me. I started checking his thumbnails. He is talking about the same stuff for years. Fun thing to do with the new agers, they trap themselves and the youtube pages are the proof.
