As an INTJ with Ni/Se this advice is so weird. I'd never rely in a group dynamic to attract women, I'm WAY to proud for this. I seem to passively attract ENFPs anyways. Just anecdotally, I once worked for a talented chef and restauranter who is an ISTJ. He exudes skill and confidence. He plays soccer, goes hunting, plays pool. It never occurred to me that he could be compensating for anything, but he comes across as quite masculine in a non-traditional sort of way. Very cool person with well-cultivated, epicurean tastes.. Very practiced when dealing with guests too. I guess this all came from the strength of his Si. It's quite impressive. If I had his Si I'd try to learn as many cool skills as I could.

I'm an istj who was with an infp man for years... I didn't understand these things then but he was very submissive and I hated that. I would beg him to make choices be assertive... take control where he should... never. He just never did. I find that being an Si user is more problematic for long term relationships than it would be for approaching women or people, the biggest issue for me would be my inferior extraverted thinking, having to talk and think conflicts with Si And Ne.

18:50 If you are a small-framed person, I really don't think that you need to get very slim before you can start building yourself up. You don't need to do pull-ups. If the back/biceps are your focus, you can simply do Doorway Bicep Curls, or Thumbs Up Pushups, or Reverse Elbow Pushups (Black Widows), or Superman Lifts, etc. You can start immediately, because they are easier exercises, even if you are 200 pounds. Actually in the AthleanX Zero program, you can find easy exercises for every body group. And you don't even need any equipment.

I do agree with you about the idea that Si user men give out too many choices. As an Se user woman it comes off as them being indecisive, which is a complete turn off. Because it makes me worry that I'll be the person always making all the choices. A confidence choice is much more attractive than an indecisive one with multiple options. I get why they do it, it's just really annoying.

I don't think it's bossy but rather assertive, clear and direct. We don't want you to come to us with multiple options. We want you to have a plan in place and then give us the space to decide if we want to agree to those terms or not. That is sexy.

Sounds great, ain't gonna happen. You are what you are and there's so much so you can do to stray away from that. I remember my isfj male went through this "let's get more masculine phase" and as much as he tried and he did a great job, he just doesn't get close to what an estp does naturally for example. Maybe he's not meant to get the most attractive girl? I don't know, I think most guys won't get the woman they want and that's all there is to it.

They can be. From my own personal experience Si users do tend to read up more on nutrition whereas you'll see Se users workout with no general meal plan (much of my nutrition advice came from Si users including an Si user bodybuilder at my local gym who loved the science behind nutrition, weight loss, and muscle building). I also did read somewhere that Si users tend to have longer overall life expectancies and are less likely to suffer from things like heart attacks. As a disclaimer none of what I'm saying is conclusive so take it with a grain of salt. ENTJs for example are at number 1 risk for heart attacks and high blood pressure according to a study I read and yet my ENTJ father had one of the healthiest hearts around (with a low heart resting bpm of an athlete) and perfectly fine blood pressure. It was cancer that took him (the irony after reading that study). Ultimately it's speculation as there simply isn't enough data available but yes I actually think Si users may actually take better care of their bodies especially once they get into routine where it becomes unbreakable. ESTJs for example are often known for being very physically fit.
