Sincere and determined people need truthful information and a good plan to escape the cycle and hole you are in. Incredible marriages ARE possible. They are achieved by: 1. Learning about the mind and mastering it so your changes are permanent and you are always growing. 2. Learning how to behave, and not behave in marriage friendly ways 3. Making unconditional love and ever-expanding happiness your primary and constant missions. Go to themarriagefoundation.org and get the course if you need it. Now is not the time to experiment. It is the time for positive action.

I've learned that marriage is to make you holy, not happy. And only true joy comes from holiness. Worldly happiness is fleeting and superficial.

I greatly that my soul was lead to your channel this is the third video in one night. I'm only 30years old married for about six months but I almost gave up infant I told my husband more than twin that I'm done. Thanks God he's he never agreed with to this regard, he just keep doing what was right for our family 😭. The fact I didn't know what marriage is and still learn and I wanna do better.

I suffer from bpd. So sometimes it's hard for my emotions not to get in the way. This video really opened my eyes. I will try harder not to lash out. I've been doing good but some days are harder than most.

When you have a chemical imbalance it is more difficult but that does not excuse you. Learn to stop, and hold everything until you regain your composure.

I feel like your explanations are really eye opening. Married over 23 years together over 28 but definitely struggling. I am happy to have found your videos and information. I know I need work and will use the tools you have given me. I don't want to give up. I still love him. Appreciate you.

I stopped texting my husband because after years of genuine I love you’s and thank yous for XYZ and other affirmations and edifying he very rarely responded or texted me anything. It looks like I’m talking to myself in our text message history. Discouraging.

Your expectations means that your reaching out are not expressions of the heart but set-ups for him to respond. Shift your thinking from the mundane to love, and only love.

These are very insightful comments. I know I respond or lashout or dump anger sometimes because I am in pain or hurt. It may be caused by anything, whether an unkind thing my spouse did or stress from work. What is a better way to deal with that pain and hurt? I'm trying to care for my soul better. But sometimes I'm at a loss and feel quite overwhelmed. Thanks.

Anger is not from you, the soul. It must be eliminated, never allowed to contol you or affect those around you. Use your free will.
