Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing with $150k and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and get more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

@user-qk9ro8rp8t However, if you do not have access to a professional like JUDITH ANN PEACE, quitting your job to focus on trading may not be the best approach. It is important to consider all options and seek guidance from reliable sources before making any major decisions. Consulting with an AI or using automated trading systems can also be helpful in managing investments while balancing other commitments

To be fair you do have to calculate in taxes which at that income is 50%, then property tax which is probably another 7-9k, insurance another 5-10k maybe (not sure how pricy it is for ny and depends on how much coverage), then cost of repairs, workers, and misc fees like inspections for like the boilers, fire safety . So it may not be as much as one would think. Still if you are able to fix everything in house youll make alot of hard earned savings for sure.

Do you ever look at any real estate statistics in this country😂 real estate always goes up, how do you think guys like Dave and I make money. Can a house drop in value ? Yes. But it WILL go back up in value to surpass whatever you invested in it as long as you stay in it long enough. Dave knows 10,15,20,30+++ yrs will go by and eventually every piece of property will go up in value.
