The only time I don’t feel nauseous is when I’m eating :(

Hunger during this period of time makes me restless, angry, can't hold myself and feel nauseous. I end up paying a lot of money eating outside. After all the drama, I feel guilty of not planning properly. I do snack on fruits dates and nuts but sometimes they r not sufficient. I'm not satisfied unless I have what I'm craving for. I mostly crave for proper amount of food such as rice, pasta, tortillas with protein. That's the only way my body will stop feeling restless. I end up eating 5-6 times if I'm just snacking otherwise I eat 4 times with proper meals

I ate whatever sounded good first trimester. Healthy or not. Usually fast food. But once I felt better, I could practice more discipline and eat more healthy and balanced meals that didn’t make me sick. STILL felt like my stomach was empty immediately after eating a full, nutrient dense meal. I would chew gum and drink a lot of flavored/sparking water to help fill my stomach and keep me from snacking/eating constantly.

I m not really over eating. But i am eating the wrong food. Mainly dietary flavoured yogurt and ice cream.

This is not realistic, cravings happen when pregnant and salads is something I vomit when pregnant

YES! In the first trimester I literally cannot have healthy foods(I can do fruit usually) I live off of carbs. That’s it. I try to eat other things but 9/10 it makes me dry-heave. I usually eat very well but while pregnant in the first trimester all of that goes out the window😭😭😭

I eat what am craving coz same healthy food don’t go ast my throat so I don’t eat junk but I just eat proper meals no need to force a salad down

Following this advice has always led to over weight gain during pregnancy for me. I have had a very "clean" nutritious diet, but always gain about twice the recommendation.

Ok I have a ? I know this don't have nothing to do with gaining weight I just had a Minstrel October 6th my last menstrual was October 13th I had to mistress but as I was coming down off my menstrual me and my boyfriend continue to have intercourse and now I don't know I don't even know how to put this but I just started again on the 29th which was yesterday so I was wondering is that a possibility that I could be pregnant can you get pregnant that way
