@ perhaps these cities will attract more foreigners and expatriates to Egypt, certainly if I were still a young man, I would love to purchase a condo in Alamein, Alexandria or the New Capital. I believe that will encourage the economy with fresh foreign capital. The source of Dubai’s wealth is not just the Energy Sector but the infusion of foreign capital and investment.

Road and construction boom.. Wide roads so there wont be any traffic problem there anytime soon.. 🙂
@GventuresАй бұрын
Yeah. I don't think traffic was ever an issue out here though. The traffic issues are in Cairo, and they keep building new satellite cities to relieve congestion there, except the majority of people in Cairo are unable to afford to move to the new satellite cities they keep building anyways, so the congestion problem remains. This new city isn't a satellite city or wasn't built to relieve congestion though, it was built for tourism and such. I'm just rambling 😅

Would you look at all that completed construction!! And all those high rise buildings. And the bridges and all those wide roads. It is absolutely fascinating that all this money has gone into real estate and the yes, I agree.. that blue is phenomenal!! So beautiful. Camerawork is great thank you, saw everything clearly. I think as soon as an emphasis on smart production gets applied to cities like these (because there's more than plenty of land) it will be hopping. There are trees and wide roads and beautiful blue skies!! The key would be smart city planning and rules and regulation to keep it as clean and as smooth as possible for the longest time possible. The mall looks promising but I can only imagine pricing?! Thank you for the tour. What did you end up eating? :)

@@Gventures The sea of the North Coast is the most wonderful in Egypt with its white sand and clear water, El-Alamain has many villages with special vibes like Marina and Marasy, the weather is cool in summer and not that cold in winter, it's close from Alexandria with all that this city holds for us, you gotta try to enter Marina to feel what I mean.

@@Gventures The presence of a university in New Alamein doesn't let it be a ghost town in winter anymore, have you been inside Marina? Marina 5 is never a ghost place because there's a popular hotel there (Porto Marina)

@@MohammadMahmoud-n6h I have no idea where anything is in this city, so I don't know. But have you been watching my videos? Because I've been staying in places with names like Porto Gulf and Marina something-something. I'm in Marsa Matruh now, and happy for that. But it was interesting to see Alamein, even if it's not my cup of tea. Certain places appeal to me and certain places do not. I don't think Alamein was like Dubai, but it seems like it's heading down that path, or at least attempting to. The thing is, even if it successfully reaches that, I wouldn't like it. I mean, depends on what you like. I only stopped here on my way to Marsa Matruh because I was asked to film this many times in the past. As to why it's empty: first, it's still being built, so there's not much to see. Second, it's a summertime destination, and it's winter now. I personally wouldn't come here again to spend time, because I much prefer places like Alexandria or probably Marsa Matruh to places like this, even if construction was complete and it was populated.
