So what is the percentage of commission you should ask for after the restaurant or cafe has agreed to sell your products?

I have created a lemonade brand mainly with events and festivals. I am often approached to bring the lemonade into local stores and restaurants. Is there a formula or standard to what my pricing should be?

I have a frozen dessert product that I tried selling to a food truck. The two visit approach worked well; so I thought. It was a husband and wife owners. They loved the sample I left and even said that a lot of their customers ask for desserts to be on the menu(they didn’t have any). It’s been three weeks now, I haven’t heard anything. I also left them a “price sheet”. Should I approach them again or just wait?

yes be persistant but not annoying... also dont rely on one business approach several or even a dozen or more . I had to do that when I started my candy business I got 12 - 16 doors closed in my face but had 1 open and I got 9 stores
