Thank you for your help! ♥️♥️♥️ I used to be like that..I SCREAMED when my pony galloped off when I was on it. But I don’t scream anymore, but I still grip on the reins 😂😂 gosh..it’s very hard to ride horses, but.. this video has helped me with my confidence ♥️

I just want to say that in just the 5 days I’ve started watching your channel, everything has improved. Your tips from your videos got me a 2nd place in our second ever prelim test out of 20 contestants with 69.83 % and I couldn’t be more happier! That’s 5% more than our first dressage test! Safe to say I’ve caught the dressage bug! The way I ride has changed completely since applying your tips to my schooling session with my boy, I finally understand the importance of an outside connection, I’m relying less on my inside hand as well as my horse, using my stomach muscles more and lots of half halts has got me scores of 7.5 in my trot and I’ve finally stopped losing marks in my canter to trot transitions by keeping him up together and not letting him run away from underneath me. Seriously, this channel is a life saver! Thank you! ❤️

This is so helpful for me. I tend to always pick hotter horses that love to run since I am more of a speed jumper. But sometimes they are just a bit much so I will be doing this over the winter to get me ready for showing season. I also find that hotter horses are happier is they live out for the most part.

Yes you're horse's live out are much happier and mentally healthier than ones who are cooped up in a stable all day very bad for your horse they need the companionship of other horse's

This is so me. I have an OTTB and it's a vicious cycle with trying to slow her down. Because the pulling just makes her go faster.

Can you do a video on how to keep the heels down without stiffing the leg? When I have weight in my heels the whole leg locks up, making it impossible to sit the trot and canter.

Thank you so much for your wonderful, insightful and extremely compassionate explanations! My whole feeling when I ride my mare has changed! I know when she gets nervous she needs more of my support. I know I would freak out if my protector acted afraid lol!

Fantastic advice❤️ That’s excactly what has been a problem for me - holding the reins so hard -and the horse is just going faster. It’s not my instinct to let go of the reins a bit but I have tried it together with the circle and it really works. But what do I do when this happens and we are going to jump and it’s not possible to use the circle?
@YourRidingSuccess2 жыл бұрын
Hi Lola! Thanks so much for tuning in! Ideally you want to practice this and solve this before you are attempting to jump x

I have a question! I have been riding a very bendy and fast horse and I think I've developed a bad habit of bracing against him. My question is, how do I 'straighten' myself because I am tighter on one side then the other. This circle exercise will certainly help I think!
