He unfriended me on facebook but I knew that he would be checking me so I went out with my friends and put some photos on facebook with public. Now he tells me that he did checked my facebook account often and he was kinda sad to find out that I looked happy without him. I did tried to be happy with my life and I kept my vibrations high. Yes of course some ex’s are no good for you but...plenty of people have break ups for reasons that are not disastrous- maybe bad communication that can be fixed. Maybe family interference that went to far. There’s a whole host of reasons that sometimes lead people needing a break up before making changes for the better. Sometimes we don't want to fully let go of our ex because we think we won't get better. But that's the limit abundance thinking. Or that we can change and do better but the change would be for them, and not ourselves which won't work if you want to attract them back. He came to me twice and at both times where I felt great in my life, like everything was working out for me and I'm enjoying what life has to offer. We have broken up again though because we just grew hostile toward each other. I do want him back, with him and I changed so we can have a new relationship but it will take time to clear the muddy water between us. At the same time, I'm learning to let go and enjoy life. I disagree with this. "This or something better" is a very confused intention in my opinion. It's good if you want something specific I guess (marriage, children, whatever) but if you want your ex back just say it and get them back.

That is not always the case. Sometimes things don’t work out for reasons that are solvable. Time apart can potentially help. Of course both people have to come to the same feeling that there is still something there to work on. Not all situations are the same. I think it’s wise to use that time to work on yourself and then let time pass and see what happens. If it can work again it might, if not then it’s nothing you can do about it other than keep focusing on yourself and make yourself happy. And find someone else to build a relationship with later, when it feels right.

Susan, I have two questions about LoA. 1. How do you "let go" of your ex to stop the energy leakage and start a new vibe? Because it's essentially the same thing; you are still thinking about the same ex, whether you want him/her back or visualize what you want to happen. In another video you posted (why they can't come back), you said: "They come back when you don't think about them and when you don't care." So if you start visualizing about your ex coming back (or already came back), you're thinking and caring for your ex again. 2. Pile #2 My boyfriend of five months broke up with me on Friday. He’s been struggling with financial issues and he lost his job 3 weeks ago. He told me he’s not in a good place and he told me he has blocked my number and deleted my number to stop him from coming back to me everytime as it was unfair on me. I tried messaging him on WhatsApp yesterday but he blocked me again. I have tried so hard with him as I’ve had depression too and I know how hard it is. Hi, I’m wondering if Susan or anyone can give me advice. So my boyfriend (now ex) broke up with me after 3 years of being in a relationship . Things were great then got his dream job a few months after us finishing college which we attended together. He is prone to anxiety and got help in the past. When he broke up with me said it was because he was been feeling different and couldn’t be the boyfriend I deserved or needed to be and that breaking up wasn’t exactly what he wanted but what he felt he had to do, the then spent 3 weeks in a limbo trying to decided if he made the right decision and was taking panic attacks. He then decided he couldn’t drag it on and had to finish it. The problem if I think it was his anxiety amongst other things that caused now. Now if he can grow from this and acknowledge the mistakes he made and learns when I would like him to come back to me. I now realise I have let go for that to happen. However, will this still work if I still feel upset now and again? I’m no longer thinking of that happened, or how it could have been changed etc, but I do still sometimes acknowledge that I do feel hurt and I do still think about us...would that hinder the process?
