Singapore is blessed with one kosher restaurant - Awafi Restaurant (meat) in the Maghain Aboth community center (Jacob Ballas Centre), as well as a market (Elite Kosher Shop in the same building). The restaurant has has a mixed Asian - Israeli menu. Food in Singapore is 99% imported as not much is produced locally. Which means that most supermarkets have a wide selection of Kosher food if you know what you're looking for.

If a country has reached its quota, then no immigrants can enter that country already, they would have to wait for the next year. For example: Quota of immigration to UK is 50000,and 50000 immigrants have entered the UK, UK will have to close its borders, and immigrants would have to seek immigration in another EU country. Jews got into Germany by default, not by choice. There are also descendants of Hebrew people,dating back to the Roman empire. Jews made a lot of history in Europe, not just Germany alone.
