Coaches don’t teach you these techniques on how the best boxers win fights. These famous boxers who are always winning fights have one thing in common and that is they are always one or many steps ahead of their opponents. These boxing tips will help you set up strategies to land those knockout punches.

For boxing I never realized how powerful were faints until yesterday sparing. Even throwing it by was of foot movement. Also eyes!!! When ever I throw a liver shot I look directly into the eyes and it makes them roll under, block, or lean back and bam the liver shot! Wanna say 4/10 it knocks then down and the rest it makes them shell up more and slow down

One of the biggest differences between the two was that Fury was always relaxed. That allowed him to conserve energy to have stopping power in the later rounds, while Wilder, who was far more tense, was spent by the 6th.

I realized that feints can even be of the most subtle movements, even a change in your facial expression, such as the change in your eyes van be used as a feint. I remember that some people are too focused on the eyes, you can feint by hitting where you're not looking. For instance, you both are focusing on each other's eyes, you can look at the head, but throw shots at the body, they won't expect it. Or you can also widen your eyes just instantly, it'll surprise them as if you're about to throw a punch.

I want to start boxing again been to long. My feints in my shadow boxing seem to be working but not sparing right now to find out. I am 6' 2'' and not the fastest on the block so I use feints to draw a counter. I also enjoy half shots not much on them then I find my punch in the middle of the combo or end:] Do you suggest using feints more then half shots? and how much do you like the touch and blast style?

Immediately i think about Blackjack for some reason. When playing Blackjack, the house always has the edge. You'll always lose in the end if you're not lucky, but if you count cards for example you can turn the edge against the house. Same goes for boxing. If you know how to exploit your opponent, you'll win. It's as simple as that.
