Love the end of this video. Intentional or not it does capture what fear can be. At times this can seem dark and scary. We can get lost or wish things were different. But if we accept it and continue we find our path to the light. 🧘♂️

Patience, acceptance, surrendering. Thank you for this video. I need to learn how to live with my fear. It's trying to tell me something and, until I figure it out, it will keep trying to tell me even harder if I run away and want to push it back. I hope this will help me manage my panic attacks. Thank you. I send ❤ to anyone needing it. Namaste

I'm on headspace app. Headspace for sadness. Visualisation. This video before hand helped me. I want to delve deeper into the fear get lost in it. But sitting.. I realised. I fear the fear. I fear what I think I will fear..or what I almost think I should fear. When.i just allowed it to be there. And it wasn't as scary. The thought of course is not nice. But this fear monster wasn't around. Madness.. greay

and yes, fear is not only promoted by the society today, but also by how we were brought up in our homes. Unfortunaly, some of us only recognized it by the time we get too old! but we can solve this issues ONLY if we are in the present moment.'

Hi Andy, I feel that fear' is just a perceived concept and projection in your mind, and that it just doesn't exist. It's just a thought. And the answer is just to be present. Thank you for sharing ! 💖🌅🙏

being present is everything. but the "ego" is like a snake' always trying to trick the mind. so it gets on our way and this is why we all experience "fear" Being in the present moment prevents us from so many negative feeling, Again," Ego projections" those which we weren't even born with. Becoming aware and being present is the essential key to our lives if we want to remain Alive and happy.

I wish I new what my fear was about, it’s just blind panic , I can’t function,I can’t focus on meditation no matter how hard I try, I feel hopeless
@dts7824 Жыл бұрын
I have been the same recently. Just feels like a general panic, nothing really specific. It's been pretty horrible. But I've still been persevering with mindfulness everyday, and it has started to fade a bit over a few weeks. At times it feels impossible to do, but I'm trying my best to stick with it. The first positive thing I noticed from using headspace was that as Andy says in his meditations, it creates a bit of space, and I felt that. Almost like before, I was the panic, it completely consumed me and I was lost. But slowly over time I felt myself moving out from the centre of the panic and it being separate from me slightly. I remember he said in a video something along the lines of it being the difference between being caught in the middle of a storm, and watching a storm from your living room window. I think I realised that it is trying to control situations that I know I can't control that is causing my panic. And it kind of leads to a positive feedback loop of worsening panic. Accepting that I can't control situations and to just enjoy the moment will be the key to my contentment and happiness, I know it. But it's hard and takes time. If you want to talk, id be happy to listen
