I needed to hear this. It's amazing how you gave me the exact advice. When I'm alone with quiet, my mind sabotages sometimes and so I run away from it. Calm it, it comes back. It's a crazy ride. I totally lost who am I? So I'm starting with a blank slate, move into my own apartment decorating and peace. I'm excited for this change because I rent from my sister who is a JW and it's been a challenge for me because I've been out for a long time. I'm moving out so she can have peace and me too.
