Im 25 and my knee is in constant discomfort and cracks whenever i extend it, i use heat and pain killers all the time but nothing helps any tips?

I always say "exercise is the best medicine, but just like any medicine you can underdose, overdose, and/or take the wrong dose!" So getting a correct diagnosis so you can properly rehabilitate it is step 1. If it is not responding to conservative therapies, then you should see a sports med doc like myself to have further discussions on treatment. I been having this since October of last year and I’m 13 yo I been resting but I still feel it, is it gonna last another year or less

It can last until your growth plate fuses down, but there are some treatments that can help. If you are dealing with this chronically like you describe, then time to get in with a sports med physician like myself.
