Yzerman had a plain awful summer 1st letting Ghost walk and then trading Walman and a 2nd rounder for cap space so they could trade for home grown Trouba who's wife nixed the deal. What a cluster puck. Those 20 goals from the defense last year cannot be replaced with this defense. Kane never was a team player and has spending most of this year punching the union time clock.

Firing the coach is a scapegoat, because it's not their fault if the players aren't contributing. He's not the one making millions to play the game. The coach can only do so much
